Hello Gentlemen,
Today, from a Final Draw comprising 42 of us only 27 golfers teed off. I, although not being able to play, found the day to be a surprisingly sunny, dry and warm if windy day. To better enable us to have less chaos on the tee, your organisers would be grateful if you would study the weather forecast plus any appointments you may have and advise us if you are unable to play by Noon on Saturday. The Met Office issue a fairly accurate and FREE weather forecast. Results In 1st place with 72 Points, Team 8 comprising Gavin Cochrane, Robert Wardrope and Peter Mackie who will each be credited with £ 5.00. In 2nd place with 68 Points, Team 1 comprising Stuart Millar and Jim Jackson who will each be credited with £ 4.00. In 3rd place with 67 Points, Team 9 comprising Hugh Hunter and George Tindle who will each be credited with £ 1.00. The remaining £ 2.00 will be added to the Prize Fund.

Hello Gentlemen,
Today 45 of you enjoyed conditions, which although windy, were really quite reasonable weather conditions for our Tri-Am event at this time of year. Scoring was fairly high, especially when one considers that only 17 holes were available, our 7th hole being closed for irrigation scheme works. Results In 1st place with 46 points - Team 15 – Comprising George Davidson, Alex MacLeod and Mike McDougall who will each be credited with £ 5.00. In 2nd place with 45 points - Team 2 – Comprising Eddie Maurer, Ricky Byrne and Alex Henderson who will each be credited with £ 4.00. In 3rd place with 44 points - Team 9 – Comprising John McGuire, George Hunter and Tom Bissett who will each be credited with £ 3.00. In 4th place with 43 points - Team 14 – Comprising Gavin Cochrane, John Mitchell and Drew Boyd who will each be credited with £ 2.00. The remaining £3.00 will be added to the prize fund Kind regards, Hugh Hello Gentlemen,
Today, partly due to anticipated but not realised weather issues, 36 of us braved the elements and enjoyed a windy, but relatively dry round of golf. There were no holes closed due to the irrigation scheme ( which is progressing well ) and only temporary / winter green to contend with. Scores, as you can see, were surprisingly good… in most cases! Results:- In 1st equal place with 44 points were Peter Mackie and Gordon Arbuthnott who will each be credited with £ 8.00, and whose club handicap will be cut by 3 strokes. In 2nd place with 43 points was John Reynolds who will be credited with £ 6.00, and whose club handicap will be cut by 3 strokes. In 3rd equal place with 41 points were Robert Wardrope, Mike McDougall and Ricky Byrne who will each be credited with £ 4.00, and whose club handicap will be cut by 2 strokes. The remaining £2.00 will be added to the Prize Fund. Others who sadly are not credited with any prize, but who have the kudos of having played well enough to have their handicap cut are:- 40 Points - 2 Strokes – Andrew Henderson & George Tindle 39 Points – 1Stroke – Roger Parry ; 38 Points – 1 Stroke – John McGuire; 37 Points – 1 Stroke – Franklin Henry Please note that today’s handicap cuts are in addition to any cuts previously awarded and these apply in all of our events till further notice. The total cuts to date re shown on the Counter Results sheets. Kind regards, Hugh Hello Gentlemen,
