Today 34 of you enjoyed initially damp and later dry, sunny weather for our Greensome event.
Scoring ranged from 34 to 43 points. Results: In 1st equal place with 43 points - Teams 5A and 8B – Comprising Jim Kelman and Drew Boyd; Bernard Spalding and Bob Leitch who will each be credited with £ 5.00. In 2nd place with 42 points - Team 3B – Comprising Eddie Maurer and Rob White who will each be credited with £2.00. In 3rd equal place with 41 points – Teams 1B, 3A & 7A – Comprising Andrew Henderson & Drew Carlyle; Neil Shedden & Willie Leitch; Jim Wilson and Tom Bissett who will each be credited with £ 1.00.  The remaining £4.00 will be added to the prize fund.

Today 35 of you enjoyed lovely weather conditions for our Team Stableford event.
Scoring was varied. Results: In 1st place with 85 points - Team 10 – Comprising Kevin Scott, Hugh Barclay, Houston Fyfe and Jim Kelman who will each be credited with £ 5.00. In 2nd place with 79 points - Team 2 – Comprising Gordon Campbell, Andrew Henderson and George Tindle who will each be credited with £ 3.00. In 3rd place with 78 points - Team 8 – Comprising Sandy Paterson, George Davidson and David Grant who will each be credited with £1.00.The remaining 6.00 will be added to the prize fund.

Hello Gentlemen,
Today 29 of us enjoyed weather, which although cool and windy, was really quite reasonable for the time of year, for our Tri-Am event. Scoring was fairly high, some will say very high for the conditions. Others, like my group, were well beaten. I’m glad to say that no holes were closed for irrigation scheme works which are rapidly nearing completion.
Today’s Results
In 1st place with 50 points - Team 2 – Comprising Stuart Millar, Ricky Byrne and George Tindle who will each be credited with £ 4.00. In 2nd equal place with 48 points - Teams 3,4,5 & 9  T3 - Comprising Gordon Arbuthnott, Drew Boyd and Andrew Henderson: T4 - Eddie Maurer, Filippo Mancini and Robert Wardrope: T5 – Bernard Spalding, Stuart Glasgow & Jim Morrison: T9 – Gordon Daly , Gordon Neill and Neil Shedden; who will each be credited with £ 1.00. The remaining £5.00 will be added to the prize fund.

Handicap Cuts / Check
As you would expect, a number of us will have their handicaps cut after the June Counter. Those on 43 points by 15%, those on 40 to 42 points by 10% and those with 38 and 39 points by 5%. In addition to the winners, those who scored 38 points were Houston Fyfe, Alex Henderson  & Filippo Mancini.

Today 40 of us enjoyed their golf in lovely, mild weather for our 3rd Counter of this session. No holes were closed for irrigation scheme works, which although not as yet complete, I was given to understand that we are getting much nearer that position. Results: In 1st equal place with 43 points were Andrew Henderson and Sandy Paterson who will each be credited with £ 8.00. In 3rd place with 40 points was Dave Pavitt who will each be credited with £ 6.00. In 4th equal place with 39 points were Ian Burns, Hugh McKail, Bernard Spalding and Lester Wilson who will each be credited with £ 3.00. The remaining £6.00 will be added to the prize fund.
