Today 39 of us enjoyed warm, calm, humid weather for our Greensome. Scoring was mixed, ranging from a superlative 47 points to the lesser figure of 29. Results: In 1st place with 47 points - Team 2B – Comprising Kevin Scott and George Brown who will each be credited with £ 6.00. In 2nd place with 45 points - Team 5A – Comprising Gordon Campbell and Jim Jackson who will each be credited with £5.00. In 3rd equal place with 42 points - Teams 6A, 6B and 7B – Comprising Houston Fyfe & Ian Burns; Chandra Mahadik & George Tindle; Campbell Leckie and Drew Carlyle who will each be credited with £ 2.00. The remaining £6.00 (Including a donation of £ 1.00) will be added to the prize fund.

Today 38 of us enjoyed mainly dry but with occasional slightly damp weather conditions, for our Par-Bogey event. Scoring was fairly varied, ranging from -9 to +6. Results: In 1st place with +6 points – Kevin Scott who will be credited with £ 8.00. In 2nd equal place with +5 points - George Davidson and David Storrie who will each be credited with £ 6.00. In 3rd place with +4 points –Jim Jackson who will be credited with £ 4.00. In 4th equal place with +3 points – Ian Burns and Gordon Campbell who will each be credited with £ 3.00. In 5th equal place with +2 points – Gordon Arbuthnott and Jack McGeoch who will each be credited with £ 1.00. The remaining £6.00 will be added to the prize fund.

Today 33 of us enjoyed a rather damp spell or two on the Golf Course for today’s Team Stableford competition. Scoring was mixed, ranging from low 60’s to mid 80’s, but it appeared to me that all who took part enjoyed themselves. Results: In 1st place with a stunning 85 points – Team 9 – Comprising Jim Morrison and Drew Boyd, and Alex Henderson who will each be credited with £ 5.00. In 2nd place with a great score for a two man team of 81 points - Team 13 – Comprising Dave Pavitt and Jim Kelman who will each be credited with £ 3.00. In 3rd place with a very close 80 points - Team 6 – Comprising Andrew Henderson, Ian Macphee and Campbell Leckie who will each be credited with £ 2.00.  The remaining £6.00, plus donations of £4.00  (O/A £10.00) - Many thanks to those who gave will be added to the prize fund.

Today 38 of us (in a mixture of 3 and 4 man teams) enjoyed lovely weather conditions for our Tri-Am event.
Results: In 1st place with 52 points - Team 3 – Comprising Kevin Scott, Stuart Glasgow and Gavin Cochrane who will each be credited with £ 5.00. In 2nd place with 51 points - Team 9 – Comprising Drew Carlyle, Campbell Leckie and George Tindle who will each be credited with £ 4.00. In 3rd place with 49 points - Team 11 – Comprising Lester Wilson, Chandra Mahadik and Ian Burns  who will each be credited with £ 2.00.
The remaining £ 5.00 will be added to the prize fund.
