Today 39 of us enjoyed weather, which although cold at first was really quite reasonable for our final “Counter” event for this session. Some of our scoring was relatively high, one person, as you will see below had an exceptionally high score.
Our 13th hole was closed today, to allow irrigation scheme works to proceed. A decision which was reached today by your organisers is that where a hole is closed for these works, all players/teams will be credited with a nett Par (normally 2 points). We added 2 points to all scorecards which had recorded no score relative to that hole.
In 1st place with 49 points – was George Shearer who will be credited with £ 8.00.
In 2nd equal place with 43 points - were George Hunter and Sam Hornell who will each be credited with £6.00.
In 3rd equal place with 41 points - were Alex McLeod and Tom Bissett who will each be credited with £ 4.00.
In 4th equal place with 40 points – were Jim Jackson and Ricky Byrne who will each be credited with £ 2.00.
The remaining £7.00 will be added to the prize fund.
